GENERAL INFORMATION
Regular Service (REG)
Regular service required 3-7 working days to reach the addressee (depend on the distance, area and flight frequencies)
Same Day Delivery (SDD)
Delivery at the same day of acceptance.
On request basis to limited cities only.
Pick up time at 09.00 AM or earlier
TERM OF SDD (SAME DAY DELIVERY)
Delivery up to 24.00 hours (midnight) of the day.
Domestic Courier and cargo rates.
The rate per kilo is applied for any courier or cargo of one kilogram or less. Any fraction above one kilogram or more will be rounded up at the next higher kilogram.
Chargeable weight
Chargeable weight is based on actual weight or volume weight whichever is higher.
The formula of chargeable weight is:
The greatest length (cm) * the greatest width (cm) * the greatest height (cm)
